The practice of massage therapy involves the assessment and treatment of soft tissue & joints of the body along with the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues & joints. Massage therapists use manual and physical methods to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function to relieve pain and promote health throughout the musculoskeletal system, nervous system and beyond.

Registered massage therapy is well suited for acute and chronic or acute pain, rehabilitation of injury, stress management, mental health/stress, pre- and post-natal care, and general musculoskeletal maintenance, to name a few. It is a versatile treatment that can be tailored to the needs of individuals, making it a valuable part of a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Being involved in a number of high level sports, Jad has learned first-hand that many injuries can arise which require personalized recovery programs. His love for sport and deeper interest in the human body has led him to achieve a Kinesiology and Health Promotion Degree as well as a Diploma in Massage Therapy.

Jad is and RMT from Ontario trained in sports massage, chronic pain, pre/post-natal massage, and Swedish massage; and is working toward attaining his National Sport Organization (NSO) Massage Therapist certification. Integrating his past experiences, knowledge in health, and in sport performance.

He brings a unique perspective to his therapy, combining his knowledge of human biomechanics with sport-related injury and rehabilitation. He believes in educating his clients on their conditions and injuries and combining his therapy with complementary modalities.
